Eligibility
1. Passport
Original Passport with validity of minimum Seventh months after the intended date of departure and minimum two blank pages for visa stamp.
a) Copy of previous passports and visas issued.
b) Attach all your old passports (if any).
c) If any visa request was refused, details of original letter issued by the authorities of that country would be preferred.
2.Photo Specification
Two recent passport size photographs with matt paper 60%-80% face coverage, white background and without border (Size: 33 mm x 48 mm).
Please Note: Photograph should not be more than 3 months old, scanned/stapled and should not be used in any of the previous visas.
3.Applicants/Sponsors Proof of Occupation
*Office ID Card/Visiting Card
*NOC: A letter from your employer on company letterhead, with contact details, stating that a leave of absence has been granted, the purpose and duration of the trip, and that you will be returning to your current job (if you are a job holder).
*Salary slips for the last 6 months
*Valid Passport, NID, Photo, and Birth certificate.
4.Applicants/Sponsors Financials Proof
*Personal bank statement for the last 6 months & Bank Solvency Certificate
*TIN certificate
*Income Tax certificate (Last 2 years), Tax Return (ITR)
5. Covering Letter
Covering Letter from applicant name, designation, Passport Number, purpose, and outlining who will be responsible for the full costs of the trip – travel, accommodation, expenses, etc. Addressed to – The Visa Officer, Embassy of China, Dhaka.
6. Flight and hotel reservations
Valid Flight and Hotel booking
7. China Visa Information Form
The applicant needs to fill out a China Visa Information Form, which includes the applicant's personal information, family information & academic information

1. **Document Translation & Certification:** All supporting documents issued in languages other than English, including Bangla, must be translated into English by a qualified translator and duly certified or notarized, as required by the relevant Embassy or Consulate.
